Shipping
Standard Shipping: All orders are sent via Flat Rate Priority mail for both domestic and international orders.
You can optionally select Express Mail. After you insert your destination address, you will be shown the estimated shipping and tax.
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened products sold and fulfilled by Future Strategies Inc within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please arrange for a Return Authorization by email books @ FutStrat.com. We do not accept returns from resellers or bookstores without prearrangement in writing at time of sale.
Products should be returned in their original packaging unused and unmarked. If the return is a result of our error, we will also pay for the return shipping expenses agreed upon via email before return shipment.
Upon receipt of the return of the book in good condition, a credit will be issued on your credit card.
Non-Returnable Products
Future Strategies Inc does not accept returns for the following products:
- Any product not returned in the condition it was shipped.
- Any digital products purchased or downloaded from the web site.
- Any product missing the ISBN, serial number or UPC.
- Gift certificates.
Exception: If you discover that the product is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted. Please email books @ FutStrat.com
Exchanges
If you received a defective product and need to exchange it for the same product, please email to request a replacement. Please write “Exchange” in the subject line to help us respond more quickly. Our customer service team will respond shortly after receiving your email. We will pay for all return shipping costs agreed upon via email before return shipment. Please email books @ FutStrat.com
Please understand that it takes us 3 – 7 business days to process exchanges and ship out a replacement product once it has arrived at one of our warehouses.
